(That’s equivalent to just 30 per room )staying 5 nights Sunday- Thursday),This is a prebooked & prepaid rate. Weekend two night from 100,three night 130 room only. Breakfast optional extra. Unserviced B&B from 30 pppn (min stay may apply) Longer stays welcome with weekly and monthly rates available. Third guest bed/ cot can be squeezed in.Price includes linen.

DIRECTIONS- Come through Cupar town centre on A91 heading to St Andrews- after the largepark- turn right onto B940. (Known locally as Pitscottie Road.) Follow this for 1.5 miles. Our entrance is immediately after Kemback Road junction.”St Andrews Motorhomes” is diagonally opposite.

services include baby-sitting / child minding, to give parents the
chance to enjoy one of the many fine local restaurants alone, or to take
a walk in Cairngreen Wood, just across the road.
There is a large
child-safe garden with swing, etc. 14 feet trampoline available for
younger guests under parental supervision.
We can also provide a
laundry / drying service and car wash.

A New Jersey Licensed Land Surveyor with over 25
years of progressive experience in all areas of private and municipal surveying
services. Prior to starting Associated Land ProfessionalS in 1990, he was an
employee in responsible charge with companies which rank among the largest
engineering and construction firms in the U.S. [Flour Engineers and
Constructors, H.B. Zachary Construction Company, and Schoor & Depalma Municipal
Engineering].
Statement of Qualifications
In 1989 Associated Land ProfessionalS began
as a full service Surveying and Mapping firm. We continue to grow as a company
with decades of experience in all areas of land development. We enjoy complete
client satisfaction, as we utilize the latest technology in fully robotic
electronic data collection, GPS and Computer Aided Drafting and Design. From
small lot surveys to major subdivisions, we can handle all phases of
development. From the initial survey and topography through construction staking
to final asbuilts, accuracy and dependability are our hallmarks.
